The short answer
A good brief turns sponsorship into clear instructions: which garments, team, colours and brands are involved. One coordinator avoids conflicting versions sent by the club and sponsor.
What to consider
Prepare the club's and sponsor's official logos, preferably vector files, and specify front and back. Establish a visual hierarchy and check competition rules. For a black kit with pink and blue details, provide precise colour references and say which sponsor needs more space.
How to prepare your project
Request comparable alternatives, such as a match jersey and a jersey-and-shorts kit. Collect quantities by size, your preferred date and authorised artwork. Share one design with the club and sponsor, then send a final approval incorporating every correction.
Before continuing
- Official, authorised logos
- Front, back and colours specified
- Joint approval before production
Does the sponsor need to send the children's names too?
The quotation needs quantities, sizes and the graphic project. Names for personalisation are collected only when needed, through the authorised coordinator.
