Fair Play Pact
Your customers stay yours. In writing.
A reseller who introduces a club to us must be able to sleep soundly. That’s why we put the rules in the contract and in the software, not just in good intentions.
Assignment
Whoever brings the club, looks after it.
Every club you create, or that registers with your code or invitation link, is assigned to you from the first moment. The system records the date, time and account that created it, and that record can’t be changed.
If the club already exists, as a direct customer or with another reseller, the assignment is blocked and we tell you clearly. No overlap, no ambiguity.
Confidentiality
Invisible to our sales team.
The clubs assigned to you don’t appear to our regional sales team and are excluded from newsletters, exports and contact lists. They won’t receive direct offers from us behind your back.
Voluntary transfer
If the club asks for it, we put it in writing.
If during the contract one of your clubs decides to move to direct supply, it must sign a declaration stating it decided this voluntarily. The signature is made with a code sent to its certified email.
Straight afterwards we send you a certified email with the declaration attached, and the reassignment can’t take place before 5 working days. Everything stays in the history, available to both parties.
After the contract
Twelve months of respect.
When the contract with a reseller ends, for the following 12 months the system prevents creating direct orders, quotes or direct Micro-Stores for the clubs that were assigned to them. Even if the clubs ask for it.
The contract lasts 12 months. Thirty days before expiry we write to you by email and certified email, and in your area you’ll find two buttons: renew or cancel. Each choice is signed and stored.
