Photos show design and fit examples. Sizing follows the model; colours, text and artwork take shape in your proof. Sublimation production begins after payment and your approval.

Production lead times

Production time starts from payment and proof approval. Estimates appear on the product page and updates on the order page.

Shipping within Italy

Tracked courier from €8.53 for parcels up to 2 kg. The exact cost appears in the summary.

Support and warranty

Garments made with your design are personalised and excluded from change-of-mind returns. The statutory warranty remains valid: report defects from the order page.

Frequently asked questions

Before choosing.

What does “made for your order” mean?

Your garment starts with bespoke artwork based on your instructions, even as a single piece. Photos are references: colours, patterns, logos, names and numbers become part of the sublimated design.

How long until delivery?

You see an initial estimate before paying. Production starts once payment is verified and artwork approved; dates update on the order page.

Are Individual garments made to measure?

Artwork is designed specifically for you; fit follows the catalogue model’s sizes. Garments made to individual body measurements require a separate technical request and are not included automatically.

Can I return a garment?

Withdrawal is excluded for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Rights for defects or non-conformity remain; report them from the order page. Simply making a standard item to order does not exclude withdrawal.

How do I pay?

Pay the full order at checkout using the available methods. You then receive a proof: payment alone does not start production. Models needing technical confirmation go through a quote first.

Where do you ship?

Within Italy, by tracked courier. Shipping cost appears in the summary before payment.

Can I track production?

Yes: approve the proof from the order page and follow production steps as they occur. We email important updates.
