What is the Dominguez Sport Micro-Store?
It’s the sports club’s online shop, with its own logo, colours and address: families choose the team garments, enter size, member, name and number and pay online. Dominguez Sport is the seller, collects the payment, issues the tax documents and produces the garments in batches.
How much does it cost to open a Micro-Store?
For the sports club, the Micro-Store is free. Resellers open it for the clubs they serve, with the words “provided by” and their own name.
How does the club earn with the Micro-Store?
The difference between the price set in the store and the base price, net of VAT, becomes Dominguez Credit: it’s available 14 days after the batch is delivered without disputes, is valid for 24 months and is used as a discount on orders and quotes. It can’t be converted into money.
How does the reseller earn?
The reseller sets the prices for families, never below the base price plus VAT; the margin goes into their ledger and each month they can use it as credit on their own orders or have it paid out against an invoice.
When does production start and when do the garments arrive?
Paid orders add up into a batch: at 25 garments, unless otherwise agreed, the batch closes on its own and goes into production. Delivery arrives within 30 working days from the start of production.
Do parents see how many garments are missing from the batch?
No. Families only see their own order, its status and the expected delivery date; the batch progress is seen by the club and the reseller.
