1. Subject

These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products on the site dominguezsport.com, operated by Dominguez Sport (“we”). By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms.

2. Orders and confirmation

Every order is subject to acceptance by Dominguez Sport. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the order summary. For products customised through the customisation service, production begins only after the customer’s final confirmation of the design.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are in euros, with taxable amount, VAT and VAT-inclusive total shown separately. The methods provided are credit/debit card, bank transfer and Klarna via Stripe, as well as PayPal. In this preview payments are not yet active. For B2B and Teamwear orders, dedicated payment terms can be requested.

4. Shipping and delivery

Customised garments are delivered within 30 working days of design confirmation. Shipping times and costs for catalogue items are shown before the order is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal

For standard items, the user has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery under consumer law. Garments customised with name, number, logos or exclusive designs are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except for lack of conformity.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers resident in the EU, the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence is unaffected.

7. Micro-Store terms of sale

They apply to purchases in sports clubs’ stores (Micro-Store). Version 2.

I capi entrano nel lotto di produzione della società: la produzione parte quando il lotto raggiunge la soglia prevista o quando la società decide di produrre prima. Il termine di consegna (30 giorni lavorativi) decorre dalla chiusura del lotto ed è indicato nell’area personale.
