What sublimation is
A print that becomes fabric.
Screen printing and transfers lay a layer of colour on top of the shirt. Sublimation does something else: at 200 degrees the ink turns into gas and bonds with the polyester fibres. When the fabric cools, the colour is part of the fabric itself.
That’s why professional kits are sublimated: free graphics across the whole garment, no raised feel under your fingers, no cracks after the tenth wash.
Just one limit, stated clearly: works on polyester. For cotton garments we use printing or DTF, which you’ll find on the plain models.
Design
The design centre builds the graphics on the garment template, size by size, with your colours, logos, sponsors, names and numbers. First drafts in 72 hours.
Printing on paper
The approved graphics are mirror-printed on transfer paper with sublimation inks. Every piece of the kit has its own sheet.
Calender at 200 °C
Fabric and paper go through the calender together. The heat turns the ink into gas, which penetrates the polyester fibre and sets as it cools.
Cutting and sewing
The printed panels are cut and sewn. The colour is inside the fabric: there’s nothing on top that could crack, peel off or add weight.

What is sublimation printing?
It’s a printing method in which the graphics, printed on transfer paper with sublimation inks, go through the calender together with the fabric: the heat turns the ink into gas, which penetrates the polyester fibre and sets as it cools. The colour is inside the fabric, not on top.
What’s the minimum order for a sublimated kit?
Even a single piece. The quote is free and you pay only after approving price and draft.
How long does it take to get the kits?
The first drafts arrive within 72 hours. Delivery is within 30 working days of confirmation.
Do you pay extra for the graphics?
No. The design centre builds the design with you, at no cost and with as many revisions as needed, until the kit is the right one.
Do the colours fade in the wash?
No: the ink is in the fibre, not on the surface, so it withstands washes and whole seasons. There’s no film that could crack or peel off.
Which fabrics can be sublimated?
Only on polyester: that’s why sublimated kits use synthetic technical fabrics. On cotton garments, logos, names and numbers are applied with DTF.
Sublimation or DTF: which to choose?
Sublimation is for match kits: colours, graphics, names and numbers go into the fabric. DTF applies logos, names and numbers on top of the garment and suits crests and sponsors on plain garments.
