The short answer
When the group chooses different models, collect the sizes for each product. A size shouldn’t be carried over automatically from one model to another, even when the commercial name is similar.
What to consider
The goal isn’t a perfectly uniform table, but delivering the garment each person chose. So keep product code, variant and size separate. If the graphics are shared, note it, but don’t merge lines that need different positions or print surfaces.
How to prepare your project
Prepare a list with one row per recipient and item, then work out the aggregated quantities to enter in the Studio. Compare the totals per product, not just the grand total. If you’re not printing names or numbers, you can handle distribution internally without attaching individual data to the production project.
Before continuing
- Size linked to the product code
- Totals checked per model
- Individual details attached only if useful
Do I need a separate project for each model?
You can build several lines in the same project, keeping each item’s information clear.
