What to consider
A group can grow at different times while sponsors or catalogue availability change. Decide whether the new order should take up the previous version or start a new revision. Don’t mix the two goals in the same message: the producer must know which graphics are required for each piece.
How to prepare your project
Open the previous reference and prepare the reorder with the new quantities. Remove any personal data that was copied over and update whatever has changed. Check current price and conditions, especially when you go from a large supply to a few garments. A new draft must be compared with the result you want, not approved out of habit.
