The short answer
Use the previous project as a base, but separate unchanged and new elements: roster, sponsors, colours, numbering and models. The new season shouldn’t automatically inherit all past choices.
What to consider
Check whether commercial partners have changed brand or logo version and whether some numbers have been reassigned. The size distribution may also differ. Don’t overwrite the history of the old supply: it’s needed to identify what was actually produced and to compare any differences.
How to prepare your project
Duplicate the project for the new request, update the necessary attachments and remove outdated individual details. Highlight the intended differences in the notes, so a new draft can be checked with a clear goal. Review the current quote and check product availability before treating the order as a simple repeat.
Before continuing
- History kept
- Roster and sponsors updated
- Commercial terms reread
Can I keep the old graphics but change the names?
You can ask for it: make sure the new revision describes exactly the details to change and those to keep.
