Use the actual size distribution and separate any different models. Don’t automatically translate age, height or sports category into the same size for everyone.
What to consider
In a youth team, needs can vary a lot. If some athletes need a different model, change the product line and not just a note. For customisation, check that name and number keep understandable proportions on the extreme sizes. Collect only the personal data needed for the supply.
How to prepare your project
Give one contact person the final list and ask for confirmation of the individual rows before sending. Fill in quantities per size even when the names aren’t available yet. Close the roster separately and check that it doesn’t exceed the pieces ordered. Any change after confirmation must be flagged as a new revision.
