The short answer
Give each sponsor a position and a priority before sending the project. A list of brands with no hierarchy doesn’t say which one should dominate the kit.
What to consider
Agreements with partners may require specific versions or spaces. Gather this information before the draft and check it’s compatible with the garment and the competition rules. Avoid solving everything by enlarging the logos: legibility also depends on margins, contrast and closeness to crest or number.
How to prepare your project
In the Studio, add each sponsor separately. In the notes, write the area name, side and desired size, then link the official file. If a brand should appear only on some garments, create a separate configuration. For DTF, check the count per garment without duplicating sponsors under “other logos”.
Before continuing
- Hierarchy agreed
- A file for the right entry
- Duplicates excluded from the count
Who should check the terms of use of the brands?
The contact who sends the project must be authorised and pass on the instructions received from the rights holders.
