The short answer
When a sponsor changes, the configuration is no longer identical. Keep separate the lines that must receive different graphics, even if model, colour and size are the same.
What to consider
This happens when a group takes part in an event, when a youth team’s partner changes or when part of the supply is for staff. Adding everything into one line and writing “some without sponsor” leaves the most important question open: which pieces? Production must be able to link every quantity to a precise graphic.
How to prepare your project
First split the recipients into homogeneous groups. For each group enter sponsors, files and the position note; then fill in quantities per size. Give the notes a recognisable title, such as “staff without front sponsor”. Finally, check the total of the groups to avoid duplicate or missing pieces.
Before continuing
- One group per graphic
- Quantities per size in each group
- Total compared with the team list
Can I use a single draft for all variants?
Only if it clearly distinguishes the different configurations. A graphic mustn’t be read as valid for a group that requires other sponsors.
