The short answer
Start from the previous project’s reference, but check name, number, size and variant again. Reordering means reusing reliable information, not skipping every check.
What to consider
The model’s availability or the commercial terms may have changed. A club may also have updated its sponsor without replacing all the kits in use. Clarify whether the new piece must match the previous supply or the current graphics. A photo of the existing shirt helps explain the result, but it doesn’t replace the order reference.
How to prepare your project
Create the reorder, delete the previous player’s details and enter the new ones. If you want to keep the old graphics, write it in the notes and check the draft for the new piece. Check the single-piece price: don’t assume the tier of the initial supply automatically stays valid for a different quantity.
