The short answer
A professional B2B order separates items, sizes, quantities, artwork and financial terms. The restricted price list is a reference; the approved quote defines the actual supply and included services.
What to consider
Clubs and resellers may have different terms. Check net amounts, VAT, shipping, deposit and balance; do not compare net and VAT-inclusive retail prices. An event’s requested date needs confirmation; it does not automatically follow the request date.
How to prepare your project
Appoint an approval contact, check tax details and prepare the final size chart. Include logo references and notes for each model. Before confirming, compare summary, proof and production terms. For reorders, reference the product code and artwork revision; quantities and terms are checked again.
Before continuing
- Prices compared on the same VAT basis
- A contact authorised to approve
- Product code and revision retained for reorders
Does a reorder automatically keep the first order’s price and delivery terms?
No: the artwork reference helps reconstruct the project, but quantity, availability, price and timing need confirmation for the new order.
