The short answer
A football school needs a single list, kept up to date by one contact person, with quantities per item and size. Answers scattered across messages and photos make it hard to tell which is the latest valid choice.
What to consider
Don’t assign a size based only on the child’s age. Use the model’s guidance and, where possible, a measurement check. If the catalogue distinguishes numeric and letter sizes, keep the exact wording. To protect minors’ data, collect only what’s needed to prepare and deliver the garments, avoiding unnecessary information in the production notes.
How to prepare your project
Set an internal date for collecting the details, summarise the choices and ask the group contact to confirm. Enter the quantities in the Studio before any names. Check the totals per size and flag separately any requests that arrive after confirmation: they must not alter an already approved revision.
