State the tournament date from the start and keep it separate from the date you want to physically receive the garments. You need a margin for distribution, checks and any size problems.
What to consider
Don’t treat the day you opened the Studio as the automatic start of production. A project may need files, a draft, confirmations and checks. The times shown for the product and those agreed for the order should be read together with these stages. An urgent request in the notes doesn’t equal a guaranteed delivery by that date.
How to prepare your project
Choose a contact person to collect all the sizes and finalise the graphic decisions. Limit unnecessary versions and say whether spare pieces are needed. Before confirming, check the timeline against the terms applicable to the order. If someone else will collect, also prepare a clear distribution of the parcels.
