Paid sample before production

Ask for a sample to assess fabric, fit and finishing. Samples and shipping are paid, with costs and scope agreed in advance. A sample is not automatically free, refundable or credited against a future order unless expressly agreed.

Changes and claims

Custom production follows the approved specification. Check the written proposal and artwork proof before confirmation. After approval, request changes promptly; feasibility, extra cost and revised timing must be agreed. For damage, a defect or a delivery discrepancy, contact us with the reference, photos and a description. Keep the packaging where useful. We assess the case and agree the appropriate remedy under the contract and applicable law. No general return promise replaces mandatory rights.
