Data and purposes
We process the contact, business and tax details you provide, your delivery destination, garment brief, artwork and correspondence to answer requests, prepare quotes and manage supply relationships. An account is not required to request a quote. We also process technical access and security logs, account credentials in protected form, documents and the evidence needed for approvals and signatures. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information or data about children.
Legal bases and recipients
Requested pre-contractual steps and contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in service security and the defence of rights are the relevant bases under the GDPR. Marketing and optional tracking require a separate choice; refusing them does not prevent an enquiry. Authorised staff and necessary hosting, communications, payment, logistics and professional service providers receive data only for their functions. If your business identity is already managed by a retailer, the request is routed to that retailer; this does not automatically give anyone access to your account.
Retention and international processing
Enquiries are retained for the relationship and any necessary follow-up or defence of rights; accounting and contract records follow applicable statutory retention, generally ten years for Italian accounting records. Account deletion does not erase records that must legally be retained. The seller operates from Italy. Where providers involve processing outside the EEA, including services with US operations, transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and withdraw optional consent. Use the controller’s contact details below; we may verify identity proportionately. You can complain to the Italian Garante or the competent authority. We do not make a decision producing legal effects solely from advertising tracking. Country suggestions use coarse IP-to-country information, not GPS, and you can keep any market version.
