Scope and seller

These pages present custom sportswear supply for businesses, retailers and sports organisations. The contracting seller is the Italian business identified below. Selecting this market does not create a foreign company, office or warehouse. Consumer purchases, where separately offered, remain subject to their applicable mandatory consumer protections; these B2B terms do not remove them.

Quotes and contract formation

A catalogue image or an enquiry is not an order. The written proposal identifies the garments, quantities, specifications, artwork approval, price, taxes, shipping, lead time, validity and payment schedule. Production starts only after the required confirmation, approval and agreed payment conditions. Request changes before approval; changes after confirmation require a revised agreement and may affect costs and timing.

Prices and samples

Account prices follow the authorised account category and applicable destination-market list. Amounts are in EUR unless the written proposal expressly agrees otherwise. Any displayed currency conversion is informational. Taxes, shipping and import costs are separate unless expressly included. Samples and sample delivery are chargeable; the amount is confirmed before ordering. A free quote does not imply a free sample.

Artwork, payment and remedies

Provide artwork you are entitled to use and check names, numbers, sizes and the production proof. Bank details and payment deadlines appear in the written proposal. Customers managed by retailers pay through the bank or another method agreed with the retailer; online Stripe payment is not offered in their retailer portal. Report defects or delivery problems with the order reference and evidence. Applicable mandatory rights and agreed warranties remain unaffected. Italian law applies to the extent lawfully agreed; mandatory rules and competent courts cannot be excluded by this notice.
